-If you have are committing to traveling, please enroll yourself on the ZERO dollar pre-registration waitlist. Official registration will open at a later date to be announced by Orchestra Leadership. At that time, "invitation" will be sent to complete registration and pay the $500 booking deposit within 48 hours of receiving the invitation.

-When joining the waitlist, in the Notes to Organizer section, write the name of ALL TRAVELERS and specify if Student, Chaperone or Extended Family Member (non-chaperone).

3rd Installment due October 28, 2026 – $750

4th Installment (Final Payment) due November 28, 2026 – Remaining Balance
