The way that the payments were taken out was hard. As a single mom when you take out $500 at Christmas....Why wasn't it just $250.00 each month like you said? Instead of skipping months and then taking out a big chunk of money all at once. The arrival time to Florida was way to late-2AM by the time we got to the hotel. We had to be up at 6AM that morning for a full day in the park. I know that delays happen, but had we left sooner we would have had more time. And we were told we would be there longer and we weren't. It was a 3 night stay but one of the nights was the night we arrived at 2AM. And only half a day at the last park. We were rushed and tired. We did have fun and made lots of memories. The travel people with the red coats and flags they get 5 stars! They were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about all the things.

They planned this well.

I speak for all parents that our kids went and had a great time with their friends, teachers, chaperones and of course, is the most magical place ever. I will however say that I don’t know very much of this company and I hope they don’t ever use them again. This company was very expensive for the three days they were in Disney. The company was so proud to say that it had been around for however long , I would have gotten better deals knowing how much money we spend as a whole. They should have negotiated better with the airlines and if that airline couldn’t give you a good deal then there’s plenty more. I’ve planned trips myself and I wouldn’t have spent no where near the amount they charged for 3 days. For some students that was their first time flying for some students that was their first time in Disney and with the short time, the long crowds and being spring break, they only got to do so much and such little time. I can’t speak of the hotel and the food and everything else. I’ve been to Disney 4 times before, but I didn’t go with my teenager this time because the price and short amount of time was not enough for me once again, this is my opinion and my review.!!!!!!

Good morning Juanita, We appreciate your taking the time to share your feedback with us. Glad to know that your student had a great time with friends. We couldn't agree more regarding costing! Especially during the March Spring Break periods - group air rates are VERY high. DIsney tickets & hotel rates are high given the peak travel period. When a group rate is requested of an airline, the rate is given based on the # of travelers, the dates and the city pairs (from where to where). The larger the group the more $$$ the individual tickets are. As an example, in most cases, a group of 25-50 will be quoted a lesser group airfare cost than a group of 75. New Braunfels was a formidable group of 132 travelers flying out of SAT - with only 2 non-stop flights to Orlando on Southwest. One in the early AM and the other at approx. 6PM. The overall group was divided onto 2 flights. To have all travelers on the same flight, if the seats had been available, would have increased the cost per ticket exponentially (some $200+). Re: group airfares, there is no negotiation process. Some Airlines may choose to "fare match" another carrier's offer - but generally not during peak travel periods. The group airfare per ticket that is quoted at the time the request is made can either be accepted or rejected. In almost 90% of the time, the cost for an instant purchase individual ticket will be less than the cost for the same ticket that is part of a large group. Again, we fully agree with you on the costing for March 2025 Spring Break travel from Texas to/from Orlando. Thank you Note-Able Travel Experiences
