This program is exclusive and available to only to the Rounders Marching Band Members & their Families.

Notes: 

-All rates are per person.  Enrollment is open through April 1, 2025 -OR- until the trip is fully booked, whichever occurs first. After April 1, 2025, if there is still availability, enrollment will be on a first come first serve basis.

*** If you want to be in the center of the action, we highly encourage you to reserve your place and pay your deposit by April 1, 2025 at the latest. Once all rooms in the block have been booked, we will start a waitlist for the next group of hotels. We realize this is early, but we want to lock in hotel prices while they are still relatively low. We will do our best to accommodate those joining after the deadline, but availability at the most centrally located hotels will be limited and prices will, most likely, increase.***

9:00AM Board coaches, transfer to Philadelphia (45 minute+/- drive)

9:45/10:00AM Meet local Philadelphia Tour Guides (4) at Independence Hall (1/coach)

Begin the Get Acquainted Philadelphia Coach / Walking Guided Experience  

Highlights Snapshot: Liberty Bell, Independence Hall, Betsey Ross House & U.S. Mint (exterior), “Rocky Steps” at Philadelphia Museum of Art (pending accessibility)

11AM-12:30PM Standing Concert at JFK Plaza/Love Park                                  

1:00-2:30PM Lunch at Reading Terminal Market, paid on own

Get Acquainted Philadelphia Coach / Walking Guided Experience (continues)

5:00PM Guides released at Liberty Bell

8:15AM Board coaches, transfer to Philadelphia – Parade Muster Area

9:15AM+/- Arrive Parade Muster Area    

Opportunity to purchase an early lunch from food trucks & vendors in the area, paid on own

Warm-Up

11:30AM Parade Line-Up in Area 8

12:30PM+/- Step-off Semiquincentennial Celebration Parade (Element #72 / Group 1)

parade route approx. 2.5 miles (march time: approx. 90 minutes)

Upon Parade’s conclusion, re-board coaches on Broad & South St, transfer to hotels

Saturday, July 4 (Parade Day)

Prepare for two (2) parade performances

7:30AM Board coaches, transfer to Marple Newtown (Newtown Shopping Center)

8:30AM Stage for Parade

10:00AM Marple Newtown Parade (St Alban’s Circle) – Newtown Square, PA

11:15AM Upon parade’s conclusion, re-board coaches, transfer to Hilltop Athletic Association

12:00PM+/- Approx. arrival to Hilltop Athletic Association
