**Participants have the option to arrive to their assigned hotel on their own -OR- on a pre-arranged group air block (from TPA/LAL/MCO to either PHL or ILG)**

IF arriving on a pre-arranged group block, the following services will be included

•Round-Trip ticket on group block from either TPA/LAL or MCO and PHL or ILG

•Met by Program Coordination Team Member upon arrival in baggage claim

•Rounders Charter Coach transfer from Airport (PHL or ILG) to assigned hotel on 7/1

•Rounders Charter Coach transfer from assigned hotel to Airport (PHL or ILG) on 7/5

Dinner, paid on own (Numerous Restaurants on the Riverfront)

Thursday, July 2

7:30-9:00AM Breakfast Buffet at hotel

9:15AM Meet Program Coordination Team Member in hotel lobby

9:30AM Board coaches, transfer to Philadelphia (25-30-minute drive)

10:00AM Meet local Philadelphia Tour Guide at Independence Hall (1/coach group)  

Begin the Get Acquainted Philadelphia Guided Coach / Walking Experience 

Highlights Snapshot: - Liberty Bell, Independence Hall, Betsey Ross House, U.S. Mint, “Rocky Steps” at Philadelphia Museum of Art, Elfreth's Alley 

Lunch on location, paid on own

Standing Concert - Location TBD

Re-board coaches, return to the Liberty Bell/Independence Hall

5:00PM Guides released upon return to Liberty Bell

Dinner, paid on own - Evening at leisure in Philadelphia

7:30-9:00PM Coaches depart every 30-minutes or as they are filled from the Liberty Bell for transfer back to hotels 

9:00PM Last coach transfer back to hotels from Liberty Bell

6:45AM Board coaches, transfer to the Philadelphia Convention Center for Parade muster  

7:30AM+* *Parade muster – based on order of march  

TBD Step-off Semi quincentennial Celebration Parade 

Upon completion of march re-board coaches (Location TBD), transfer to hotels

Dinner, paid on own (Numerous Restaurants on the Riverfront)

Saturday, July 4 (Parade Day) 

5:00-6:30AM* Early Breakfast Buffet at hotel

*Breakfast time subject to change based on parade step-off schedule* 

6:45AM Board coaches, transfer to the St. Albans Circle 

(AM) TBD Step-off Marple Newtown 4th of July Parade  

Lunch on location (tbd), paid on own 

Upon completion of march, re-board coaches transfer to Glenside Parade

(PM) TBD Step-off Glenside 4th of July Parade  

Upon completion of march, re-board coaches (exact location tbd), return to assigned hotel
