 - The per person rates offered are contingent upon a minimum of 300 paid participants. Should Wylie High School Band not reach 300 paid, the per person cost may increase. Should this be the case, NTE together with Wylie High School Band Directors will discuss the best course of action.

Arrive Alamodome in San Antonio on TWB provided coaches

Band Performances per BOA schedule

Box Lunch delivered to the Alamodome (bus parking lot) 

Depart Alamodome, transfer to hotel

Hotel Check-in: Courtyard/Fairfield Inn at San Antonio SeaWorld - 2 nights

Depart hotel on TWB coaches, transfer to the Alamodome (timing tbd by TWB)

Dinner, paid on own (Alamodome concessions)

Depart Alamodome on TWB coaches, transfer to hotel

Pizza/Water delivered to Courtyard Lobby (consumed in rooms) 

Hotel overnight 1/2

Sunday, November 9

Breakfast Buffet at Courtyard (exact location tbd) 

Morning program TBD by Directors

Depart on TWB Coaches for River Center Mall

Lunch on location, paid on own

Return to hotel (change for TWB Banquet and evening programming)

Depart hotel on TWB coaches, transfer to Enchanted Springs Ranch (approx. 45 minutes)

Enchanted Springs Ranch Dinner and Awards Banquet

• Roaming Trick Roper with horse

• Classic Yard Games: Oversized Tic-Tac-Toe, Giant Jenga & Cornhole

• TWB Dinner & Awards Banquet 

• Line Dancing Lessons with Instructor

• Campfire & S’mores

Re-board TWB coaches, transfer to hotel
